The founders and consultants of SAM&more have themselves worked for many years in technical services and production environments. They know the reality of breakdowns, maintenance plans, warehouses and technical teams from the inside. That experience forms the basis of our approach today.

We understand how maintenance organizations work and what challenges they face. This enables us to quickly ask the right questions, set priorities, and achieve sustainable improvements together with teams.
